Thanks to the 2018 Miss Heart of Charity Royalty and the 2019 contestants, 1,001 non-perishables/toiletries will be distributed to the organization's charities of choice - Food on the 15th and Generosity: Global.
In addition, The Heart of Charity Family welcomed seven new queens at this year's pageant:
